Charlie D. Waldrep

Mr. Waldrep concentrates in representing public agencies with a primary emphasis in civil litigation. He was born in Gainesville, Georgia, and was admitted to the Alabama State Bar in 1976.

Mr. Waldrep was named one of Birmingham's “Top Flight Attorneys” by B-Metro Magazine in February 2018.

Mr. Waldrep was inducted into the Greater Birmingham Home Builders Association Hall of Fame on December 2, 2021, in recognitiion of his 25 years of leadership of the Governmental Affairs Committee.
